How payouts work
- Stripe Connect. We use Stripe Connect Express — you onboard once with your bank or debit card, then transfers run automatically.
- Net 30. Sales from a calendar month are paid out on the last business day of the next month. Refunds within that window come out of the gross before payout.
- No minimum. We pay out what you earned, even if it's €4. Stripe's processing floor still applies — that's their rule, not ours.
- Multi-currency. We sell in EUR. Stripe converts to your local currency at the FX rate they publish.
Refund policy
Streamers can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, on any item under €30. For items over €30 we review case by case. Refunded sales are deducted from the next payout. We don't claw back if the buyer waits longer than 14 days — the loss is on us.
